Not a good experience at all, from the day my roomates and I walked in, something was messed up and needed maintenance. However, it seemed like nothing ended up getting fixed throughout the year, one of our toilets, our front door and more. When people request maintenance it doesn’t mean just come when you are free, it took us about a week to get our front door knob fixed and one of our toilets. Staff is friendly but not worth spending your money to stay in a place that is poorly maintained. To add on, I just was charged hundreds for couches that were alrea torn apart when moving in and a sofa that had holes and pieces ripping of it being charged towards me when it was already ripped apart. When asking to speak to a manager I was told “the only way you can speak to a manager is over email” and if I were to come try and speak to him in person I would be told to only contact him through email as well.

This place is bad. Mgmt is desperate and will put a family of 3+ in one room (and still call it student housing). They'll look for any reason to charge you (my gf was charged ~$300 for her roommate having bedbugs bc they had to spray the place) Also, some apts are better than others, so it's kinda like rolling dice if you don't go check it out beforehand. Lastly, they don't fix, they paint over it and bugs are becoming a problem, plus, the road to enter the place WILL damage your vehicle. So, have fun signing the lease and becoming an aunt/uncle to a kid you never met👍

I lived here for little over a year. For the most part it was ok. Wallace always looked out for ppl don’t believe the ppl who said he didn’t. It was after he left that the new management became heartless. Let this be your last option if u can help it.
