I've always had a great experience at this Lowe's. The employees are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well stocked, and the curbside pickup team is always quick and has made our home improvement projects go so much smoother. Thanks for the quick pickup tonight Scott!

I waited in line for 30 mins to check out a Bissell, Wednesday, May 18, 2022 around noon. The customer service representative was not attentive to customers waiting in line (there were four of us waiting patiently), she spent her time gossiping on the phone and chatting with fellow team members. It was extremely unprofessional.

Do not have anything delivered from Lowes, they use a third party services that will always have issues if they don't want to deliver what you ordered. The company marked that we were not home because they had the wrong address. We were home they just had a completely wrong address. Lowe's was not helpful at all and pretty much said it was our problem. We will be returning the 800 dollar outdoor set and go somewhere else. Horrible experience and Lowe's doesn't care about their customers after you pay them. Please go somewhere else.
