Friday, 3:50pm--ordered to large grilled chicken salads--one they forgot the bacon the other they forgot the blue cheese. One the chicken was dry and hard the other chicken was fine. Never offered or received any rolls, bread or crackers with the salads. Waited 20 minutes after asking twice for a coffee refill. Terrible service and disappointing meal.

Short staffed when I was there. However, that being said, they were very attentive, and customer focused. Our waitress checked on us at appropriate intervals, and the assistant manager stopped by confirm we were all good twice during our visit. We were politely greeted when we arrived, and thanked for dining when we left. Outstanding customer.

Monday 06/20 @ 3:50 pm, there were 6 cars in the lot. First off, We walked in and placed a Take Out Order since the website did not allow us to place the order from home. We live 4 miles from this location. We ordered 3 meals: They all 3 were Cold! Biscuits hard crusty and greasy. Whole Hog Breakfast,( pancake, Brioche French toast was DARK brown, The meat was rubbery,(OVER COOKED) Western Omelet charred with that funky golden crunch all over inside and out, the veggies were crunchy, there even was the core of an onion hidden by the clump of cheese, and the Dinner Plate meal of chicken. My 11 year old gagged on 2 bites of it, trying to eat it. Before we said, Yeah this is Garbage and that's where we put it. This is the third and last time, We will ever order from here.35+ dollars down the tubes. Never again, was a full family agreement.

Very disappointed. Food took a very long time to come out and when it did, our over easy eggs were runny and broken with the yoke spilling out on the raw bacon.. The toast was bunt. The hashbrowns were hash whites and not cooked very well. I pointed this out to the server he didint seem to care. . Wont be going back.
