When I first arrived at the store, the staff was very friendly and helpful, even helped me load my bike into the trunk. I worked with the manager, Nick and some of the employees there that day. When Nick asked if I had any questions, I asked about the terms on returning the vehicle early and if I'd be able to have a return on my credit card. He said that yes, the rate would be pro-rated. I had booked through a 3rd party site online, so I wanted to know the store policy for my particular rental. The car wasn't what I ordered (it was bigger), but I figured that was all they had. When I returned the vehicle, the employee that did the return told me that although I was returning the vehicle 2 days early, there would be no financial return because I had rented on a weekly rate. Nick never told me that; I feel slighted since I had asked. The website claimed that I'd pay $38/day, and I knew that there would be some fees, but my invoice from enterprise says that the weekly rate had me at $56/day. I am not pleased that I was mislead.

I use Enterprise as my rental company of choice throughout locations in north america. The rental I had from the Kent location smelled horribly of disinfectant. In the middle of winter I had to spend the first 24 hrs driving with the windows down just to breath. Upon returning I mentioned this to the staff and they said they use a heavy cleaner "for customer safety." I've never experienced a more unpleasant smell at any other enterprise location, so I suspect the issue is with whatever the Kent location is using. I'll continue to rent from Enterprise but I doubt i'll use this location again.

Sent me with a car with expired plates. Drove car to North Carolina where I was pulled over. Didn’t notice. Also hit a deer. Spent several day on the phone made over 30 phone calls trying to get a new vehicle. Nothing .. they work with AAA they were very rude and said enterprise wouldn’t give them location to get new vehicle. Im on vacation and stranded unable to drive vehicle for several days. Worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. When I hit the deer I was told to call around and find other enterprise with vehicles and everyone said no. Friday at 6 am 10/22/21 currently 10/24/21 and last phone call said they will try and help tomorrow after waiting all day for car to be delivered. Beyond frustrated. On island nothing with in walking distance to do.
