Excellent service but truly disgusting customer service. My rate was doubled so I called to negotiate or cancel - got a cancel date instead. They disconnected my service a week before the specified cancel date and then when I called to ask why, offered me a good rate with a year term! I have already arranged to move on so nice try - your coercive tactics ensure I'll never come back and that I'll discourage others from trying you. Try to suck less, please!

Why is this showing as a store? I just drove 20 minutes to get here to drop off my equipment, and it's not even a store. Way to waste a bunch of people's time. Funny how you'll charge me for anything you can, but you literally probably are responsible for millions in wasted gas with all the people misled by this.

Some people in this location need sensitivity training. They are also very rude especially if you are a minority. I had a terrible experience despite my long time loyalty to Comcast. No respect at all.

This is a public service announcement from your fellow taxpayer. Comcast took $500 billion (yes with a B) of government subsidized money to provide fiber optic Network to the entire country. That have not delivered and have been using that money for everything but. See: corporate bonuses. So please keep that in mind when you deal with these people. Individuals are not the problem. Comcast as a whole is evil.
