Considering myself a "Pickle Aficionado", Pickles Deli hits all of the right notes! Excellent pickles, what looks like wonderful fresh sandwiches. Excellent customer service, and the Bagel joint (Whidbey Island Bagel Factory) next door makes for a complete stop. We live in Bellingham but I am seriously considering road trips when in need of pickles, I will just need to pack a cooler so these little gems get back home safely. Pickles Deli gives you just that, PICKLES, and so much more!! OH and did I mention the customer service is EXCELLENT!!

We're on vacation snd stopped in after bike riding to have lunch. The Vietnamese bowl was delicious, full of flavor and large enough to share. The club sandwich was made on homemade bread and also delicious. We had fresh fruit smoothies which were definitely fresh. Definitely recommend 👌

Cute cozy joint to grab sandwiches, bowls and salads of all varieties. I very much so enjoyed my Southwest Hippie Bowl and pickles, but I will say that the garlic and jalapeño pickles didn't have any aforementioned flavor that we picked up. Still crunchy and delicious though! Their kombucha is also great. My friend got the spicy Italian sandwich which was amazing too. It gets a little hectic during lunch hours so you might have to wait a while and your order might get a little mixed up, but the staff are super friendly and willing to help you! Definitely worth a visit :)
