Wish i could rate it 0 stars because i drove all the way down from oak harbor after getting text reminders and the freeland place was switched so i went to clinton and they said my doctor was out and i had to go home.😐 go home? after my 30$ of gas just for this stupid trip with NO reminder? okay☺️

Took my son in for a sore throat. We had to wait in my truck because it is one of the many COVID symptoms. We arrived shortly after they opened. Empty lobby. We still had to sit in the truck for over an hour. Get him into a room. Strep test, COVID test, throat culture which had to be sent out...the problem is this was almost 2 weeks ago. Today, we finally were told his antibiotics were ready. They are ready at the wrong pharmacy. I told them twice which pharmacy we use and they still sent them to the wrong one. Worst walk in clinic I've ever seen. I'll go off island from now on if I need to be seen. Whidbey Health is just horrible.

Gals up front nice enough, wait is always excruciatingly long even with no patients there. PA Clark is not a face of mine n moms (rude, doesn't like patients who think for themselves or ask much of her). Mom went in with a burn on her hand and needing uti test for a recurring infection (falling, confusion and fatigue) . I had to twist their arm to let mom do the uti test while waiting (shes an old lady n I told her to hold it so she had some for test). We were there for over 2 hrs n they never treated her burn. I trested it once we finally got home...stupid me taking her to a "Dr" instead of treating at home... That was saturday n mom still doesnt have her new stronger script and shes not doing very good (could be pharmacy)...it was supposed to be URGENT CARE! It was neither urgent nor care.

The dr I had was incredibly rude. Said she was going to give me a strong ibuprofen and then had the nurse walk in with an injection. Out of personal preference I said no to that and when the nurse walked out to tell her they stood in front of my door and the dr had the nerve to tell the nurse that she asked me if an injection was ok and i had agreed. Once the nurse walked back in she was super snippy as well, haded me a dr note for work and told me that what her and I had discussed away from the dr was fine and that the dr was writing me instructions on what to do but her time was incredibly rude and she then threw the dr note on the table next to me

It should be. The Freeland Clinic transferred to that location. So all your records should be there.
The WhidbeyHealth Walk-In Clinic in Clinton does not close for lunch.
