They called to let me know my prescription was ready, I picked it up from the drive-thru which was incredibly quick and easy. Sooo much better than the Rite Aid where you have to wait forever for your prescription.

I'm pleased that the prescription prices are comparable to other pharmacies on Whidbey. The staff have been absolutely amazing, supportive and kind. I really appreciate the auto-fill system and a text & email when my prescription is ready for pick up. Oh and the drive through is fantastic! Now, to just get the outside of the building fixed up (like glass in the windows rather than sheets of plywood) and Island Drug will be a focal point of Clinton.

Absolutely horrific. Pharmacist was exceptionally rude, made up his on policies regarding how and when they would dispense my sick children’s antibiotics! Because we are new to the state he said “I have to look you OUT OF STATE PEOPLE in the face and decide whether you will actually pick up your medication or not”. We aren’t visitors, we are new residents. But it shouldn’t matter one bit! Don’t ever use this pharmacy! Horribly rude, make up policies and procedures on a whim because of horribly incorrect assumptions. Not professional in the least.

Awful experience. My husband and I both had our first vaccine appointments here and drove 1.5 hours each way to get here. When we got to the front of the line, the guy at the door acted like a bouncer and was on a HUGE power trip. He was extremely rude and insincere. He told me that because I am pregnant, he isn't sure they would feel comfortable giving me the vaccine and didn't believe we qualified further even though we do and had our eligibility proof there. He ended up straight yelling at us in front of the whole line. We left with no shots and it was honestly the worst experience. We were in shock. I ended up going to UW Medicine in Seattle. WAY better experience. Oh- and the phone rang off the hook (no one will answer calls or emails) prior to this appointment. We tried every day for over a week, multiple times a day prior to the appointment for questions we had. Don't waste your time.

I did not see an appointment necessary for testing.
Their sign inside says they have them but if you're driving a long distance I'd call them first to make sure they've got it ready and all that
