If I could give Zero stars , I would. Christina the "owner/manager" has NO compassion or professionalism. I work in dialysis and every single patient I've had at my clinic has had a bad experience with this company. Christina is rude and I would never want her in charge of a ride for my loved ones.

Mercy drivers are very compassionate and friendly. My driver was on time, Drove safely, and very polite. The car very clean and well kept. The driver opened my door, and offered to walk me to my appointment. I felt like the driver really cared. I would definitely recommend Mercy 1 Transportation for all your transportation needs.

A Mercy 1 driver picked my wife and myself up, and took us to her appointment. I called for a return trip, waited for a full hour, and then called back to find out what the expected time frame was. The Dispatcher told me that Mercy 1 did NOT pick us up that morning, and therefore, they never sent anyone to take us home. After a few minutes of explaining, the dispatcher finally found the record. This is the second time today that the dispatcher said they were sending a van. Is it also the second time that the dispatcher lied to me? The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the drivers. They are awesome. The dispatchers, however... It is NEVER okay to promise to send a ride, then turn around and ignore the patient/customer. If you think it is, then you need to find a different job. Edit: The driver did come this time. As usual, the driver is great.
