Been there 2 times now, and both times, the 2 Hags behind the counter were unhelpful and rude !!! I guess they don't know what customer service is, or even how to say hi. I will take my business back to Hazeldell office. I'm not giving another cent of my money to this Privately owned DMV. If I treated people at work on my jobs this way, I wouldnt have a job anymore. If there unhappy with there jobs, find another one !!! You can be replaced with people that are actually friendly

First, It's rare to have a great experience at a DMV office. However, today I worked with Claudia and she was amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you Claudia for doing a wonderful job in a, normally, difficult job.

RJAL has been a super time-saver for me. They are close to my home and this allows me to take care of my Auto registration needs very efficiently and quickly without waiting in line at the DMV and being lumped in with people that seem to have every conceivable problem known to man. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and my needs were always met in the most efficient manner possible without problems of any kind. Highly recommended!

If I could review with no stars I would. Every encounter we have had with this business is horrible. The guy who I am assuming is the owner is never friendly and always rude. What happened to customer service and staff members being friendly. It was a tense encounter right when we walked into the office. I would much rather drive out of my way to Vancouver to have a positive experience. The key to happy customers is a courteous staff member. I will never allow anyone to send my plates here again.
