I have known the folks at A Better Way Storage and used their facilities on an ongoing basis for the last 14 years and for temporary storage off and on for 7 years. They are the best in the business. The place is always super clean and well-kempt. They helped me store belongings during an emergency evacuation due to forest fires . Yesterday, I had a problem with my storage unit, some contents had shifted and blocked the door from opening. Mary was really excellent and very efficient and friendly in helping me problem solve. She got Dave there same day and he helped get my door open and rearranged items to prevent that happening again. People like Mary and Dave are the reason I trust my treasures to A Better Way Storage . Thank you!

The owners and employees offer some of the best customer service. The facility is very secure with reasonable prices. They go above and beyond to help you out! Id recommend them to anyone as they also offer many different storage solutions to accommodate as many customers as possible. Their process doesn't feel restrictive or like a waste of time.

We have been with Better Way for about three years, give or take. Very clean, well lit and excellent security. Toni has always been exceptionally friendly and we were blessed to find her and her storage units.

Friendly locally owned business. I've had a unit here for almost as long as they have been here and they've always been good to me. Clean climate controlled units, and there's no smoking allowed on the property so all facilities here won't pick up odors. (You can go outside the fence along the street if you do smoke, the sidewalk and wide shoulder provide plenty of space, and there are trees for shade too.) The one disgruntled reviewer is probably the one who had the semi trailer stored there for a few months. This place is for storage of household items with some RV spaces. There are certain restrictions on types of items that may be stored in the units, as is usual for most storage facilities A Better Way does make an effort to contact renters when payments are late, and they even worked with me when I was unemployed. I am very grateful for their help and understanding through that difficult time. Also the rental contract provides specific details regarding payments and late fees.
