Great location and facilities. Just stay in the middle and aim for the lighthouse when you're going in and out to the main part of the river. Sides can get shallow.

We visited the Marina Monday 3/15/21. Parts of the marina look a bit run down (decks and some house boats). It was an icy morning and only one section of dock was de-iced. Small boat launch area. Large parking area with bathrooms and handicap parking, picnic tables and chairs swing. Beautiful place for a sunrise. They are building a two lane bridge to the marina so it is not the most quietest place at the moment.

I think you can fish off the bank and park your car as long as you are not in the boat launch area, like off to the side up by the fence, and I think you just need your fishing license
When u launch it's behind the fire department boathouse about 4 houses down on the left side by the wooden dock The slips are limited there but they do have a CPL slip sizes around 30 ft. You might want to get on the waiting list though, it might be a few years
Call McCuddy's in Portland. The staff switches between the two. Steve os the Mgr and very helpful when you reach him.
