Unfortunately this is the worst post office I've encountered and I've lived in multiple big cities. They've now lost 2 of my packages I was shipping out for work. After 2 visits of me inquiring and being told "someone will call you" (no one did) I went back in and happened to catch a day when the supervisor was in. They told me the packages were never picked up. So I showed him the video of the postman picking up the packages from my porch, and the confirmation of the pickup I had scheduled. Someone in the back said "The driver says he remembers scanning them from that address" and I was pretty much told tough luck. I did not get any compensation for these packages. In the last 3 business days we have scheduled package pickups and all 3 days no one came. The real kicker was yesterday when I got a confirmation that they picked them up. NO THEY DIDN'T; my husband dropped them off in person because no one came, again. Not open on Saturdays, not helpful in any way. They need a major overhaul and some retraining

Absolutely pathetic. CONSTANT misdeliveries. Every single time a prescription is delivered(which is frequent), it’s scanned incorrectly and thrown at my front door. No knock, NOTHING. By incorrectly, I mean it’s scanned as in/at mailbox, then left insecure at my door. At least it would be secure if that was correct. It appears to be an RCA or supervisor doing the prescription toss. I know because I am retired from USPS. I’ve never lived anywhere with such low mail delivery standards.

They never answer the phone, and the email on their website is out of service. I have a package that needs to be signed for, but they always try to deliver it when I am at work (and on vacation.) I was given the option to reschedule the delivery for a specific time online, which I did, but no one ever came that day. I know this because I was so scared it would be delivered when I wasn't home that I stayed home all day. This is outrageous. I don't think I have ever experienced worse customer support.

They Never answer the phone and the mail carrier drives way to fast down our private drive, even after told multiple times. Packages will mostly arrive on time but if my chocolate lab is out they won’t. Apparently mail carriers with the usps are discouraged from delivering a package if a dog is not locked up when they come no matter how little or how friendly the dog is.

I believe before they close. I ask that same question and was told as long as I get them in by closing.
