Terrible food. Party of four. Chicken was burnt and dry. Ribs were overcooked. Crab cakes had the overwhelming taste of lemon, and how do you burn French onion soup? They know how. Don't waste your money.

Took a weekend vacation with my kids to Oglebay. Was trying to discover a new restaurant in the area. Found this place online and the variety on the menu peeked our interest. We waited 5-10 minutes before someone noticed we needed seated in an empty restaurant aside from a well know older couple in the back corner. They attempted to help us find the working staff. The waitress seating us that finally showed from the upstairs with one or two other girls appeared to be under the influence of something to say the least. We ordered food. The appetizers we wanted we were told we could not have because the artichokes has just been delivered and needed an hour to cook. The vinegar mixture used for dipping the bread is awful. My salad tasted wonderful for the first couple bites but there were so many gnats that one drowned in my ranch dressing. That meal was over! We ordered lamb chops and steak cooked medium. When they finally came out all of the food was cold and they were raw. Even after I asked them to put it back in they came back out raw. The waitress was accommodating and removed from the bill however her sobriety is still a question. Once again let me say that we were the only people in the restaurant (older couple had since left) and you wouldn’t know it but the lack of staff shown or pace of food served.

I usually ignore bad experiences, and I am not one to give harshly negative reviews. But this place probably falls into the category of "worst dining experience of my entire life." I admit that our party was large, but a reservation had been made weeks in advance, and we were just about the only people in the restaurant. It took two hours to get our food, which was cold, and even if it was hot I don't think it would have helped. We received 12 dinner rolls for 17 people. My entree came with different sides than what was indicated on the menu. I had to ask repeatedly for a knife and had to refill my table's water by myself. Just really awful all around.
