What a nightmare! I recently rented from Enterprise St. Clairsville it was great everyone was kind friendly and helpful, this place was the mirror opposite. They were not knowledgeable. The agent that helped me lied to me trying to sell me insurance through Enterprise that I did not need (my insurance is excellent). The first car they tried to give me wasn't there the second wouldn't start, it was fn pathetic.

Car wasn't exactly clean or smelled good. Very busy, not enough staff.
