If you say you're open until 3 pm on a Saturday, you should stay open until 3 or make sure you change you website hours. I wasted 2 hrs of my time, to get to your store because it's the only one close to us that does QR codes, only to find a sign on the door that says you're not open because your short staffed. It was almost a 2 hr roundtrio. Now, the package can't be shipped. Thanks

Normally our UPS deliveries come in before noon however that can vary, you can always feel free to call the store and leave a phone number with us and we'll contact you when you package arrives if you choose to set the pick up location at our store.
We offer fragile packing services at our store and fully comply to UPS's fragile packaging guidelines. Feel free to bring the dolls in and we can further access what packaging would be best for them.
