Very happy every time we go to this location. Well staffed, which is surprising given how short handed places are. So friendly, and they always open the door for me to leave. Did an online order and was made quickly. And the pizza is excellent as well.

Papa John's in Mount Vernon, Ohio usually does an excellent job of getting food out on time, and often beats their stated delivery time. Staff is friendly and professional. If a rare mistake is made, they will make it right. Food is really good-- like alfredo space-based pizza! And their always seems to be something new and delish on the menu.

I love this Papa John's! The managers are so awesome and friendly, always make me feel special! The staff is so friendly and are always working together. My pizza has always been made with care! Thank you guys keep up the good work!
