Took 15 till we ordered ... 12 minutes till we got our orders.... Really great fries!! Sandwich was a disappointment, edges were to hard for me. (of the chicken)

My husband went on 7/19/2022 to get me to famous bowels. will they sucked. Will first it wasn't a famous bowel. All that was in mine was Mac and cheese and hard Pop corn chicken. If I wanted Mac and cheese I would have made it at home. What I wanted didn't get. So people need to get it famous again. Because it was terrible. Stop adjusting the menu

Terrible! I ordered food for quick pick-up, which I don't mind to wait a few minutes..ya know 10 mins tops, I went in to get my food and I waited 20 minutes and nothing, finally some girl sees a bag on the counter and says my name and I said oh yes thats mine. It was not in the pick-up spot so I didn't know it was mine, she then says oh hold on let me get your drinks, then basically throws straws on the counter for me and acts like it's my fault that I didn't know my food was ready. Then I get home to find out that not all my food is there and everything is basically wrong! My son's sandwich was not spicy chicken just regular chicken. Our biscuits were hard and my chicken was not in the order at all.
