I'm done with Rite Aid. I can't get a prescription filled same day with them to save my life. If they are really that busy, I need to take my little business elsewhere.

Everyone here has been so helpful, there for us when we needed anything, by the way complaining because they told you to get off the phone is ridiculous. There are plenty of people that need help, that are courteous enough to not be on the phone, so if your call is that important, then leave.

Best pharmacy in town. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are the most knowledgeable and helpful in the area - and I'd dare say in all of central Ohio! Our insurance forces us to use a different pharmacy for most prescriptions now. Because of the awesome pharmacy staff, I've seriously considered getting them all at Rite Aid anyway and not use insurance.
