BEWARE: My tax preparer *neglected* to add my correct bank account routing number for electronic file which caused additional fees on my taxes. My bank info was laying right in front of her. 4 calls later, HR Block still won't refund my fee. During the calls, my tax preparer became confused & belligerent on the phone and was not able to follow our conversation. She said it was the IRS fault, then HR Block's banks fault. She refused to allow me to talk with a manager. Eventually reached the manager, (5th call) & she said: "we can't make a change to your taxes once it's with the IRS." I attempted to call the number below on the "phony response" to my review, and I cannot get through the line. DON'T get cheated. Go to a different place.
