Order was incorrect, also asked if I wanted sauce, I said yes and what kind, they didn’t give any, got sizes incorrect… $20 for 2 sandwiches and shakes and couldn’t get it correct… also can’t call to talk to anyone because they don’t answer their phone.

The manager was highly rude in adjusting the bill when they charged me for a sandwich I didn't order. She basically threw my food at me and the refund and then walked away. The food is just like any other Arby's. Customer service in this day and age is rare.

Many times, when I have ordered, they for get one or more items. It's usually a sandwich, at $7.00 a sandwich . I usually drive back to town to get the missing item. Well, tonight same story, but they won't answer the phone. Not going back, I am done with this place!

Me and my boyfriend were going to order some food Thursday night around 9:30PM, the workers were standing outside smoking, and as we got to the menu, they told us that they were closed. And you guys close at 10PM. They milked it out till 10, because we decided to get better service at McDonalds. Don’t order here at night.
