My business partner and I were in a tight pinch with our products printing. We talked to Michael here at the Mount Vernon Staples. Wow! What a nice guy! He went above our service expectations, not just that but we feel like we have established a relationship with him and will definitely come to him for ALL of our future printing needs. This place is a great place to re-visit good old fashion customer service at its best. A thing most corporations have forgotten about.

AWESOME customer service! I was looking for a planner and the very kind employee (didnt catch her name,sorry) went out of her way to make sure I found what i wanted and gave me some great ideas! Will definitely be my go to store for all my planner needs and office needs! Definitely recommend this store!

I will NEVER shop here again! I returned $60 worth of merchandise that I didn't even open almost a month ago and still have not received my money. Spoke to the manager Paul last week, he's supposed to be contacting corporate and still hasn't called me back. Don't shop there unless you want them to steal your money. Very disappointed.

People working didn't know how to help me send a print job online via their website or app. Once I sent it by accessing Google Drive on their computer, they wouldn't honor the online pricing without a long hassle. Worker seemed quite disgruntled. It is honestly too bad there are not more printing services in Mount Vernon! Once finished I told them I wanted to be sure I was logged off Google on their machine. They said they signed me out. I asked for them to bring it up so I could check. They were annoyed. Once brought up, I WASN'T LOGGED OUT. They didn't apologize for their error (which I hope is true-an error and not on purpose).
