Milan was incredibly fantastic and went above and beyond to find us the lawn chairs we came for when seeing there were none on the floor but showing in stock. His associate Amanda was incredibly polite and fantastic as well. Very appreciative of the customer service here.

Buyer beware! Read their return policy very carefully before you buy anything at Lowes. You have 90 days to return something if paid by cash or debit. Once your 90 days has passed, you're stuck with whatever you've purchased regardless if you have your receipt or not. Their website says the store manager can override their 90 day return rule, but when we talked to him, he was quick to say no and blamed it on their new system. I've shopped at this location for years because theyre local and we've spent thousand of dollars on appliances, building supplies, etc. They just lost all of our future business over a $400 return. The funny part is we would've been content with a store credit. Oh well. You've been warned.

If I could give no stars I would. Needed an above the range microwave for home. Checked the Lowes website and the Mount Vernon store had the model I needed in stock. Drove the 8 miles to the store and walked back to the appliance section. Sales associate was working with a customer at the kitchen design desk… no problem, I’ll wait. After approximately 10 minutes, I walked to the sales counter and pressed the help button. The staggered announcement for help in the appliance center went over the PA at least 5 times, no one came……not really a problem yet, they are likely short staffed and associates are busy helping other customers. I walk towards the front of the appliance section (maybe I can get someone else’s attention) and notice that the appliance associate has gone to the sales counter. I turn around and approach the counter and he glances up and walked back towards the customer he was working with, he does this two more times. Never once acknowledges my presence, never says “someone will be with you shortly”, nothing. I walk towards the front of the store and encounter an associate pushing a cart with a large item on it, ask him if someone can help me. He stammers a little ( in his defense, he was clearly delivering an item somewhere) asks what I need, tells me the microwaves should be on the back wall and I can go back there and get one, or I can “try to get the guys attention in appliances”. He’s right, they are in the back, on the shelf, at the top, completely inaccessible to me without help, which there is none there either. I have shopped at this Lowes for years, and have never experienced the complete lack of customer service that I did tonight.Complete wast of my time. I guess I’ll drive the 45 minutes to Newark or Mansfield and spend my time and money there. Unbelievable.

Do you worry this much about it with the flu? Science proves masks don't work. Hole on mask is this big 0 & size of virus is this big . Use basic hygiene. Wash your hands, cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing.
