While covid restrictions were in effect, staff pretended to care about masks but never enforced anything or cared. Really shows the character of the staff. Bathrooms and gym floor regularly not cleaned well, and only one front desk staff is regularly friendly

Stopped going because the experience is not great... The machines are too close together and the place is full of GTL douchebags. The only nice thing is it's really well-maintained and clean. It's impossible to cancel your membership if you work full time though as you can't cancel over the phone, after 5pm, or on weekends. I wonder why they make it so inconvenient...? >.> Support your small, local gyms with better service.

Clean, no carpets!, lots of space, new machines, friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces, pool! I only wish they would check on visitors from time to time, so they wouldn't harm themselves by using machines wrongly or inappropriately, or sometimes ineffectively! I do understand, that it is point of sale - personal trainer sessions, but that would give them an edge in competition, as well as show that they care! I also wish they would have sauna - that would complete the spa experience.

The facility is kept clean & the equipments are well maintained. However, there is a lack of enforcement of proper gym etiquette among some of the members. For example, insecure shirtless attention feening Gym Bros are common & tolerated at this location.
