It was easy to complete appointment and paperwork, almost no waiting time at the site. The stuff was very friendly and attentive. Video meeting with the nurse was informative. I was so pleased to receive a follow up phone call from the nurse. Thank you Cheryl!

Fast and easy, scheduled appoinment online and filled out pertinent information (i.e. driver license, and insurance if applicable). Arrived at location, check in, verified informarion, conduct swap test and leave within 5 mins.

We came from canada for get to gather with relatives. We visited northwest diagnostics. Very easy to use online appointment system and no rush at the location. Staff was very nice and they took just 5 minute for test of 4 persons .best thing it’s free for Canadian . No need any kind of insurance.

We always book online first. Only a 5-10 minute wait at most. They are fast and efficient. Glad that this location is open and we were able to book times weekly. Results are fairly quick. 2-3 days. It's been a hassle to do this but until more test kits are available to the general public, it is better than booking at a clinic.

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to this. You have to have an appointment so you can certainly give them a call. They are very helpful.

I’ve used them twice for testing and both times I took the test around noon and had results the following evening. They do say it can take up to 48 hours but both of mine have been within 30 hours.

Yes. You drive up and swab. You can. Enter insurance if you have it. They have you do an app install and supply a code. You then get results in about 24hrs.
Not sure. They got me my Covid result in a little over 48 hours. When I asked about a test for upcoming travel, the online doctor said to tell the test takers at the site it's a test for travel clearance and he thinks the results could be back in about the same amount of time. My company requires a test 72 hours in advance and I am hoping this location can deliver the results in that time frame.
