Within hours of the insurance claim, ServPro was on site, setting up equipment and beginning the drying process. Over the course of the week, I met several different employees who routinely came in to measure, test, and adjust the drying out and clean up process. Every one of them was on time, professional, courteous, focused, and communicative. The whole process was as smooth and expeditious as I could have possibly asked for. Chris Verellen managed the project portion, and did a fantastic job of keeping us looped into the progress, next steps, and resolutions. Very blessed to have had them take the reins for the water damage mitigation portion. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be more happy with this company! I had a flood in my downstairs that happened late in the evening. Servpro called me almost immediately after I got off the phone with my insurance. Better yet they had a crew out to my home getting the water removed and setting up equipment to dry things out faster than I thought would be possible. Their office was great with coordinating and communicating when the guys would be at my home each day. Their technicians always arrived on time and were very professional. My project manager Juan was exceptional! He took all my calls and answered all my questions. He really put my mind at ease through this stressful process. I just wish there were more companies like this.
