Very rude customer service by an older female employee. She tossed the mailing supplies at me expecting that I knew how to assemble them. She then told me that it would be $6 per box for her to tape them. I told her that I had never had to do that before. She just rudely said, "Well read the door!" I will not return there again. This location needs training in valuing and serving their customers.

Every one of their employees were wearing AirPods while serving people. One was just sitting around for at least 10 mins while we waited in a line out the door. Their computers don’t process Amazon returns well. Management needs to step in to get this location functional. Save your time and find another location until then.

Beware, if you returning something from Amazon, they will charge you for the “tape”, and they explain this is new from Amazon. However I have contacted Amazon right after I got charge, Amazon told me there is no such things, so this is very suspicious. And I have contact UPS store and they told me the same thing. They have mentioned that 3” tape on the receipt, you will not get the 3” tape. If you don’t want to get charge, maybe get to another UPS store nearby. I was wrong picking this store because I’m near and don’t have time get to another store.

I had a package delivered for me on Friday, November 12th at 6:20 pm. I went in this morning to get it and the woman I talked to said it was delivered to the post office. I then went to the post office and they showed me proof that it was delivered to the UPS store. I then went back to the UPS store, the young man looked and said he didn't see it. He then gave me a phone number to call and said they could tell me who delivered it. I called that number and could not be connected to an actual person. I went back in to talk to the young man again. He asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said yes. He went to the back to get the manager and came back a couple minutes later saying the manager was 'out' and would be back in about 20 minutes. I said "I'll wait". The young lady that works there went to do something in a different area, and, lo and behold, finds my package. He didn't even bother to look anywhere but where it was convenient for him to look. When our time is up that we paid for at the UPS store at 19410 Highway 99, Suite A, we will be going back to the one we were at before. The employees are a lot more reliable at that one. The ones here are young and very lazy. If I could give them negative stars, I would!

Bruh, you know they have a cost calculator on their website right? It's anywhere from $20-$9999999 depending on size and weight and speed. UPS will ship anything for enough $, they are a shipping company after all
