I love it here! I live just down the street and fish here often. I was really hoping they would stock it more often with quality fish or at least twice a year with trout. Definitely has adequate water flow and temperature also good elevation. Other places in the area have been doing it recently like Kernersville lake Winston lake (ect). Stock Fish/Trout Rockingham County!!

The state park area near the park office is more likely to 'Forrest site' instead of 'river site'. If you want to see the water fall on this site, you should go to 'Deshazo access'.

This one in particular is a hiking trail. If you want a biking trail, there's one literally down the street at Farris Park in Mayodan.

Im not positive but possibly about a quarter mile or so walk. Then there is stone steps to walk down on the side of the waterfall.

No there are no trails on the state park. There are bike trails at Farris Park though.
You can't do any of that. There is money to be made by that park. They should get on the ball
No camping in park but if you float the river there are some spots you can camp on the river
