This one in particular is a hiking trail. If you want a biking trail, there's one literally down the street at Farris Park in Mayodan.
As Nicolette said Farris Park which is just a few miles from Mayo State Park has just over 3 miles of bike trails. Laurel mountain bike trails are just up the road. Several miles of bike trails on that one. I think its located in Horsepasture. Been there once.
