Am packing to move the cost see chart 30 percent of your income after viewing the chart better for HUD to give an option for purchase homes instead having a w/d hook-ups can have family members around and your income is yours without every penny extra from your monies be counted against you in higher rent. Now Nothing going on here but watching the grass grow.

Is rent income based? Are therapy animals allowed (cat)? If so, is there a pet deposit? What is amount of security deposit? Is smoking allowed in any unit?

I have a family member who lives there. Yes rent is income based. Pets are allowed not sure of the fee, nor security deposit amount. Smoking is only allowed outside in marked places. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 9-3. Try calling for more information then.
