Took almost 15 minutes to get an order of curly fries despite there not being anyone else in the dining room. They did give me a small cheesecake to apologize for the wait, but I will still avoid this location in the future.

Nasty burgers small and flat. Tried again tonight 7/10/22 and the bread was very hard. I should have checked before I left but I was on my lunch break so this will be my last time at this location

Placed a mobile order and paid $46 with my debit card before arriving at the store. When I got there, I was denied my food AND a refund because their system wasn’t working. The manager called someone who told me to get the refund from my bank—which makes no sense whatsoever—then he hung up on me when I asked him if I could get his name and number in case my bank says no. It’s been almost two weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. I have submitted request after request, and even checked that I would like to be personally contacted to have the matter resolved. Nothing. They wouldn’t even accept the confirmation on my phone, showing exactly what I ordered and that it had been paid for. Thanks for your reply below, Jack in the box. But as I have mentioned, I have already filled out that form 3 times and nobody has contacted me. That’s why I left this review.
