Positive: It was close to my relative¿s home. Negative: The sink stopper would not stay open. It stayed closed so the water couldn¿t drain.

Liz at front desk is really sweet and respectful. I feel some of you people need to give her more credit than you do. She's a very good host, not everyone is going to agree it my stay I had no issues and the management is very responsive & Honest πŸ’―πŸ™πŸΏ They forever in my favor so watch how you talk to them they are working for a living like we all our so have /Show them they respect πŸ™πŸΏπŸ’―

Very quiet hotel. Breakfast staff and front desk staff are very helpful, friendly.

So, I didn't get an opportunity to even stay here, because I called 4 times stating I was inquiring about rates, and they hung up on me all 4 times...rude if you ask me...if that's how they base their quality of service, I'd say it's about as poor as it gets. I'll be looking down the street for an extended stay room

I remember seeing one animal, a dog, and it was big and they gave them a hard time if I remember correctly. They need to work on their CS seriously. They have a gem of a place if only they would make it great again. Haha!

Thank you for your concern and feedback during your stay at our property. Our housekeeping staff does do daily inspections on rooms and quarterly full deep clean and maintenance on each room to assure proper room quality. We have called the health department and notified them of the issue you have informed us of and taken the proper steps to not have this issue occur in the future. At times guest do notify us until it is their check out from their room rather then when the incident occurs so we do not know of the issue prior. We always suggest that guest notify us as soon as they see or have an issue with their stay so that our staff can properly handle the matter. Also this item could have been placed in an odd location so that it was not visible to the naked eye and had to be seen with a flash light to actually locate the item. We do apologize for any inconveniences that occurred during your stay but again we have taken the proper steps so that this does not occur in the future.
