Great place to store your things! Kelly was absolutely more then helpful and made this whole experience much easier for us. I will not rent anywhere else after this and will use them if i need a storage again in the future. Definitely a 5☆☆☆☆☆ STORAGE facility as well as management!! Thanks again Kelly!

Kelly gets FIVE stars while the facility itself gets about a 2 today. I got the warning that keys and locks would be replaced on my unit and I would have my keys sent to me, but they never were; and when I went to the facility to get the keys from the front office the office was locked with no one inside -- during the posted business hours. The sign even said "We're Open!" Whoever was supposed to man the office didn't -- and it's only by chance that Kelly showed up even though he wasn't supposed to be on duty, and he unlocked the office and got my keys. I was grateful to Kelly for taking that extra step after driving 30 miles to get to my unit to take some stuff out. I would've had to drive 30 miles back empty-handed had he not served me even though he was not on shift and didn't have to. As for the facility itself: If you're gonna promise replacement keys sent in the mail you've got to mail them -- which you had about a month to do since the email notice was sent out. And if you're going to post "6:00 am - 6:30 pm" for operating hours, then somebody should be there and the doors to the office not locked; either that or post hours that accommodate any absence by staff during the day. Kelly's deference (-) the fail for not sending me my keys or having the office open = an overall 4.0.

We went in with a lot of questions, as we have never rented a storage unit. Kelly was very polite and answered all of our questions, even took time to walk and show us a couple units. Glad that we went with this location. Thank you again Kelly for the awesome customer service.

Fantastic service! I am new to storage rental dynamics and Kelly was so helpful with information on how the process works. The facility was clean and Kelly really was the man to see about renting a unit. He seemed to take his care of the location very seriously. When it comes down to getting the rental unit it will be at this location and with this very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
