I cannot say enough good things about this place. Derek, the Gentle Giant, was kind and patient as he helped design a memorial piece. Accommodating for my schedule and beyond friendly. He was supportive and nice as I went through tremors in sensitive areas and kept everything lighthearted with great tunes in the background. The piece turned out better than I had hoped for. He stayed late and worked on a trip sibling tattoo and even a last minute flame addition all good naturedly and full of good cheer. If any of my friends ever ask where to get something done, I will certainly point them this way. They will not be disappointed in their art nor their service.
