Efficient, professional, pleasant, explained things in a way we could understand and addressed all items on our list. This service is SO convenient when they can do the tasks requested at your home. Plus they do pretty much everything from training you on programs to any type of computer updates and repairs. A bit pricey but for what you get, it's worth it. It is a huge time saver and we don't have to physically take it in somewhere and leave it for a period of time. We only have one computer so the NerdsToGo service is SUPER CONVENIENT!
