Rent increased, yet amenities disappear. No gym, no pool, sometimes not even electricity in all of the buildings. Sad.

Beware !!!! This place took two weeks to notify us that we weren't excepted due to a three year old debt we are making payments on . The office staff had little attitudes like they their, you no what dont stink and the smarty little so called maintenance guy was sitting on his butt giggling with the two little office girls the two times my wife and I stopped in. This tossed up a red flag in our eyes that there must be a pile of maintenance and office work stacking up due to the office game play. This place pretty much took our $90 bucks and put us on the back burner so please Beware!! I forgot to mention the lower apartment they showed us was very outdated,needed the carpet cleaned,painted and a few doors replaced from previous damage and this was what we seen from a simple walkthrough. The actual day my wife and I signed a rental agreement on a much much nicer townhouse the office staff called and told me they haven't made a decision yet do to the fact that there boss was out of town in Eugene Oregon and this was five days from the last conversation when office staff once again told us nothing yet. Lol x 2 -Good Luck!!

What an absolutely terrible place to live. Maintenance takes forever, place is run down, and the landlord is an absolute joke. She's so nasty and rude to everyone, and it's just severely unappealing to live here. Please don't bother applying. Sincerely, a resident who lived here long enough to realize there is so much better out there. Only good thing, the neighbors are sometimes friendly. Edit; I'm sure you tried to look me up so you could evict me like you did the other people there you found you didn't like cause they said something that offended you. I know that old 64 year old lady who lived in the same apartment was evicted cause she stood up for herself, and now she's homeless. An elderly, homeless because she stood up for her rights. How's that work?

I know a couple people who live in these apartments and got to say every one of their places I been in they are very big and spacious. All have back porches/ balconies. Has a pool and hot tub. Family friendly and towards night fall they have security drive through every so often through the night to make sure everyone and everything is safe and secure.
