Mac, Pat and Javier nailed it!! They were awesome. The house looked awesome and they went the extra mile. My only referral for my clients.

We are pleased with our experience with Paint King. We called to get an estimate on having our park model painted. Javier came out within a day or two and explained what they could do for us and gave us a reasonable quote. Within a week we had a great team come out to paint our home. They were friendly, arrived on time and worked throughout the two days it took to complete the job. Our home looks wonderful.

Horrible customer service. They didn’t finish the job correctly. They left several areas unpainted. When we brought the mistake to their attention, they attempted to charge us an additional cost to fix the mistake they made, and when we did not agree to pay, the person we were working with came belligerent and threatening. When he came back to our home to further discuss the mistake, he was extremely rude and disrespectful and actually lunged at my husband to grab paperwork out of his hand. I will never use this company again, I would never recommend them. I had ti pay another company to fix the mistakes they made.

Going 70 mph in a 45 isn't necessary

Depends- In areas of the country with higher humidity it's important to pressure wash to remove any mold and grime from substrates. In Arizona that is typically not the case. Also most homes in Arizona are made of stucco, which can very brittle and damage easily. Pressure washers emit water at over 3000 PSI. More pressure than a bullet leaving a gun! So needless to say pressure washing could actually damage the home. Paint Kings does free estimates, and at the time of the estimate a Paint King representative will walk with the owner to determine if a pressure wash is necessary.
Always hire a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor! Licensed contractors have to adhere to the standards set forth by the Arizona ROC, and give all owners recourse incase the project doesn't finish to the standards specified. Also if an unlicensed contractor is hurt on your property, they can actually sue you(the owner) for medical bills and liability. Its actually a CRIME to hire a unlicensed contractor to perform a job for over a $1,000.00
It's a little known law of physics, but when Breakdancing it creates an optical illusion where the dancer looks as if he shaved his head and is a foot shorter...;)
It's always a good time to paint in Southern Arizona. The low humidity and sun filled days make painting possible 365 days a year.
