If you're only here for self service they have nothing. No self service kiosk, no first class or certified mailers. You have to wait until the main branch opens at 8:30.

Returns mail to senders if PO Box is only partially full! They argue with the customer this point saying box is full when it is not and make no effort to contact P.O. Box owner if they believe it is full. They have absolutely no sympathy if mailbox is not emptied in a frequency to their satisfaction even if owner of box reports they are only able to pick up on a frequency not specified to customer to their satisfaction.

The pepole who work there our slow . They don't care about the customers ,the drivers always give you the neighbors mail or drop it on the ground outside the box. But union people are not going to get introuble.

The staff and management of the Milton, WA post office are rude and incompetent. USPS is so horrible in general. I shipped a package on Dec 4 2020 with full insurance at the milton post office and today is Jan 28th 2021, no delivery and i have been back to the location twice and they don't just care. Might have to take them to court as they wouldn't refund or deliver my package .

The sales portion of it during the week is 8:30 am to 5pm. Saturday : 9am to 1 PM. After hours it is cordoned off. The post office boxes are available to the public 24/7. I work there as a carrier.
Call them directly. They seem very different them most USPS employees lol.
When a change of address is submitted and entered into the computer system a confirmation letter is sent to the old and new address. If you did not get the confirmation letter it is probably not in the system. If you move to and apartment or condo and did not put the unit # in then then Post Office doesn't know where you live.
