I am a former employee. I worked in the kitchen/dining area. Jessica Clarke, the manager of dining is one of the worst managers anyone could have. She is very aggressive and uses intimidation as a means to get the performance she wants out of employees. Also has a habit of talking badly about residents when they make snack/meal requests or do things she didn’t like.
