We didn't have a reservation but decided to rent a car from the Pine St. location so we could get out of Portland while visiting for a few days. Despite the fact we didn't have a reservation and the fact there were only family vans left, our experience working Jaylah and Christian (??) was great! They were very kind and went out of their way to help us!

Service was good and car fine, but very difficult area to access and navigate if you're not from the area. Also, in a very run down neighborhood. Not open on Sunday so return policy is park on the street and drop the keys in a box. If the car was damaged or stolen after drop off, how would I prove it happened after return?

I’ve had one terrible experience with another car rental company (aka Shifty Car Rental), but Enterprise was great. There was one billing question I had from my reservation, and I called ahead. Ryan assured me over the phone that everything would work out with my slight change of plans and it did. When we arrived our agent was new and from our city. He was friendly and welcoming. Thanks for making our trip easy. We will come back the next time we are in Portland.

There is an additional charge though for dropping off at a different location. Within the same city, it's usually small ($25 or less).
They prefer a 24 hour notice but can usually accommodate an immediate pick up
Callthe facility you are rdnting from. If its in their range, they will. Using the facility at 4th & Pine has worked for me.

Yes. You can rent at 21. Be aware that a "young renter fee" may be applied when you rent.
It is! Usually it costs a bit more, because they're losing a vehicle, but I've definitely done it before.
