Double dipped my insurance and my checking account. $752 billed to both. Cashed the check from insurance on the 4/9/22, billed my debit card on 4/18/22. Acted like they didn’t know anything about the check. Silent when I 3-way called them with insurance on the phone. Now they need to “figure it out with the accounting team”… lazy, unprofessional, children.

I had yet another wonderful experience at the NE Burnside and 6th branch last month, March 2022. Cameron, Stefan and all the employees went out of their way to help this senior driver in lots of ways! Highly recommended! One of the best ever car rental experiences I've had. Callie Nitz made sure I got a compact car and it made such a difference to my 12 day trip to Portland. The other people I dealt with were great as well!

If you use the Enterprise website you will get accurate pricing. It depends on your age, car type, and availability.
They pick you up if you are within a specific radius of the location. Like 1 mile or so away.
Enterprise will only typically drop you off a mile or two from their location. The airport is a good ways away. It's close to their light rail system which goes straight there.
