This Thanksgiving , I wanted Fuzzy & Furries to know how thankful I am for helping  my shih tzu, Bruno! I've been going to Fuzzy & Furries about 5 years to get Bruno groomed. A few years ago, Coleen tried to help me with  my dog's digestive issues, but her knowledge seemed so overwhelming and I  didn't listen. But l sure listen now! My dog also had chronic ear infections  for almost 3 years and after hundreds & hundreds & more hundreds spent  in vet bills, something had to give! Already had switched his food to Zignature. That didn't help. Told Coleen about his chronic ear infections and we tried  ear drops, but that didn't work in the long term. So, Coleen suggested a raw diet. Not really raw, but gently cooked. So, I tried what she suggested. Well, let me tell you, it's been 3+ months on this diet and Bruno's ears have never looked better! This diet has helped my dog in other ways, too ( bad back aka IVDD) and that  is simply amazing!!! I am truly hoping this review will help another furbaby! Thank you again Coleen & Alan! I normally don’t post reviews, but I absolutely love this place. They treated me and my pup with so much kindness and did exactly what I asked for and more. I will only be going to the best for my pup and this place is the best, they definitely got themselves a new customer for life. It’s very calm when you walk in and feels very homey, you get greeted immediately when you walk in with smile on their faces. They gave me great advice on what I should do for my pup, very happy customer and pup.

I got my dog groomed here for the first time, and I would highly recommend that everyone else do the same. Upon my arrival, my dog was pretty scared (she has some separation anxiety). However, she was enthusiastically welcomed. The groomer came out front to meet her and offered to bring her to play before the grooming started (which my dog was more than happy to agree to). When I arrived back to the store, her fear/anxiety was totally non-existent. She was sitting up front with the owner and didn't even notice when I walked in--she was having such a great time. It was really comforting to me, as a dog owner, to know that my dog was not cooped up in a crate during the times she was not being groomed. The staff genuinely cares about the dogs and I feel very comfortable and confident that my dog is in good hands when I leave her there. I will definitely be returning. Her hair cut was adorable and I loved the addition of the bandana!

Amazing customer service and its very clear how much they care about and love pets! I take my pup there for grooming and the best treats! She LOVES coming with me and gets super excited when we pull into the parking lot!
