I also went there 2 months ago and the same thing happened. The new owner cut my cat in 4 different places and told me it was because she was old and fidgety. That's not true it's because she asked me to come early in the morning so there would be no disturbances but she brought her large dog with her who was jumping on the table when I arrived that's what made my cat nervous. On top of that she burnt my cat all over with the razor. My cat was all red for days. She has no idea what she is doing and I never bad mouth anyone but be careful when going to this new groomer as she has no idea what she is doing.

New ownership and it's about time! The old owner might've been a little burned out and it showed. They no longer do flea treatments like advantix, just grooming. New owner is very personable and they did a great job.

My wife Karen Sturm used to work there it's a Great shop unfortunately my wife passed away from a brain aneurysm. That was 4 years ago just stopped by the girl there now just met her it was her first day back then now she has it set up nice.
