I wanted to love this place, I really did. We did the tour and had a great staff member show us around and answer all our question. The back room was definitely not for us, so we decided on one of the rooms with couches. My dogs stayed for three night. We didn’t hear from them the whole time, which I guess is normal. We pick up our dogs and thing seem normal, then our youngest dog started throwing up stomach bile. Sooo… if he’s throwing up stomach bile, my assumption is he didn’t eat the entire time he was there. Then 2 days later they both got kennel cough. Luckily they got over it and are both fine now. This was a few month ago.. I didn’t want to leave a review becAuse I was making excuses for them. Then I saw the a post on the st Pete subreddit about a few other people who had bad experiences. I won’t share their experiences but I would encourage you to go search for them. I chose love my dog, because they HAD great reviews. I believe this place is unsafe for dogs and wouldn’t recommend. They also need to remove their cameras statement from the website because it’s obvious they never work.

What a great place to bring you dog to cool off and have fun! $10 for 30 mins. If you bring your dogs shot records, they will bring out friends to play with for no extra charge! We were had so much fun, I will be going here again soon.

Pretty strict drop off hours for boarding - 100% my fault (I know, just show up on time, not that hard). BUT you would hope a business would be accommodating for people that work normal business hours. And how hard is it to just throw my pup and his stuff in the room that was apparently already setup that morning? Long story short, they didn’t accept me for a reservation I had made 2 weeks prior because I had showed up at 4:30 - well past their 7-11am drop off hours. Anyway, I’m sure this place is nice. Just show up on time. Read the other reviews if you want actual experiences. Thankfully I was able to find another boarding place in the area (with equally great reviews) that has drop off hours until 4:00. But, they let me bring my boy at 5:45pm and I was able to make my 7:55 flight. Talk about customer service! 1/5 customer service, 5/5 from how it looks from the outside since I’m nice (this is fair, right?).

Hi MacKenzie, The waterpark is$10 for 1/2 hour of playtime. We do require that you bring shot records, showing your pup has been given, Rabies, Parvo/Distemper and also Bordetella vaccines. You can stay with your pup and play also! If you have more questions please feel free to call our locations and ask! We look forward to you having some fun at our waterpark!

The daycare is awesome!! A full day costs me $22 for my first dog and $20 for my second. And they have a waterpark for hot days for like $12 for 1/2 hour. The people are friendly and it's just an awesome place.
My Lhasa Apso goes to Love My Dog every Fri. He can't wait to go, literally. 🐶 . He's about 9ish & a rescue. He also gets groomed there. He's had several overnight & boarding experiences there, all of which were wonderful, really! The staff is excellent. It's a mutual admertration with them, Chewie & us. I can't say enough good things about the peace of mind we get from our experiences with Love My Dog 🐕 Hope that helps. I recommend them often. 🐩
Not, they are not that deep. They are more like giant puddles.
Actually the pricing varies depending on the situation. However I will say that my dog absolutely loves to go there. He goes just to be socialized he also gets grooming there. We live very close and I've observed nothing but excellence with the staff and the facility. You really need to do a walk-through and then I'll explain everything to you.
