more than a year ago we came here and we were not satisfied with the customer service, the staff was very disrespectful to the customers, and we never went back to buy another machine here, but this time back to me I also don't expect much from that to ask about the phone line problem, but there is one staff member that I have to thank.That why I want to review about compliments for the staff here, his name is Kenneth, very enthusiastic, we came to inquire about the phone line, two days in a row, and he helped us a lot with calling and explanation of questions.

Unprofessional working attitude. This morning, we came to asked about the services and incentives when buying the Iphone 13 pro max, because we saw the good deal on T-Mobile website. There were 2 male employees with an unenthusiastic support attitude that made us quite disappointed, we didn’t feel welcomed.
