Signed up for a cab the day before an international flight. On the day of, nobody showed up. Called to ask what was going on, they said they were "looking for a driver." Fifteen minutes after the scheduled time, I get a call from a driver saying he could be here in twenty minutes. Not very useful when I have a flight to catch. I can't believe they can stay in business.

Sometimes these folks get a bad rap but I have to say that on our recent trip to Seattle they were quick, courteous, and efficient. Their pick up ordering service is so easy to use and change, if need be. We will use them again when we need a taxi service.

I used there taxi service. I waited less than 10 minutes and they were ready to pick me up. We left my apartment and I realized I did not have my phone. The driver turned around and brought me back to my apartment. The driver also called my.phonea couple times untilI found it. I thought this was really nice. The taxi was roomy, clean and comfortable. Then again in the future. Thanks Yellow Cab.

Scheduled a 5am pick up, 48 hours ahead, for a ride to the airport. 5am came and went, no taxi. I called their number 3x and each time I just got the automated message saying "We have not found a taxi for you yet. Shouldn't be too much longer." Whats the point of booking online, and sending a confirmation, if you don't make sure you assign a taxi? Cancelled the ride after 30 minutes of waiting, thankfully was able to get a ride from a friend so we didn't miss our flight

Cab 787 did not show up when he was 5 minutes away and was supposed to pick me up for medical transportation, just left me stranded, cab 1104 came and got me and , was honest why 787 didn't come , I would recommend cab 1104 , he is a great guy and was worth every penny of his tip, I will request him every time. Thank you 1104
