If you are passing through, this is probably not the place for you... I mean, What do you want? It's the cheapest trailer park in town, so of course it is filled with low-income drug addicts, section 8s, etc.... Spots can be hard to come by. Is it a nice place? Certainly not. But then, it doesn't have to be does it?

It's starting to be a whole lot cleaner than it use to. New owners seam to be nice..

It a slum. There good people living there. But there is mold mice big rat. Owner doesn't care bout the trailers up keep. Two trailers burned down this last Sat. Four people lost there lives. It's a place to live but poor standard.

Depends if you are bringing in a trailer, motor home, or want to rent one. To my knowledge they started at about $350. To rent a trailer, and depending how long you will be staying if you are visiting with your own RV and the time of year
