DONOT GO HERE. They will tell you come in you only wait 15 minutes and you’re there for 3 hours . Then you have the dumb owner who complains to other customers about other customers. She’s a weirdo .

The manager is always extremely rude and unprofessional. I was going there because it is close to my home. However I will find another place to get my nails done. I will not tolerate the unprofessional, rude, behavior any longer. I think it is outrageous that the manager is being rude and insulting with her limited comprehension of English.

I requested that a women do my pedicure and they tell me it’s 10 dollars extra. There were four women and only one man working. Very rude staff with a horrible attitude towards customers.

Worst customer service in the world. They will yell at you for complaining too much if you’re waiting for an hour to get your nails done. If you walk in and ask how long the wait is, they’ll always tell you 10 minutes when it’ll really be an hour. Then you complain about it and they will try to give you a life lesson about patience and complaining. Horrible service
