The 4 stars is due to the main road leading into the development being in such need of repair. Edit: They finally got the road redone .

Never flooded in my over 12 years here
They do have them, I'm not sure if they have any pads available for a new one currently. If you call the office I'm sure they can give you more info.
Sorry I don't live there. Was visiting my sister's mother-in-law who lives there in a double wide trailer.
They dont rent them out, gotta buy the home, you rent the land it sits on. Nice neighborhood tho
Renting is not allowed at Deer Brook
Don't move into deerbrook village,,and lot rent is the same if it's a single wide or a double wide ,,you all pay the same rent,,and if you have a problem,,good luck getting to speak to the manager JEFF PARDON he doesn't return calls or the secretary doesn't give him the messages,,its a shame you have to live like this
Rent is 740.00+ a month, for new owners. This includes lawn care, trash pick up, sewer fees, street snow removal. It does not include water or any utilities.
Yes. You may have 2 pets total. Only one of them can be a dog. Cannot have 2 dogs. This is specifically stated in the lease agreement. Not everyone follows the rule, though. If nobody complains.....good! There is no special fee. Just regular rent same as non pet owners.
No, it's a "mobile home" community. In New Jersey, you cannot move a mobile home and you can only site out at a"mobile home community", so in effect you can only buy a unit that is already on the site and tree developer owns the land
No. You can not rent a mobile home in Deerbrook, under any circumstances. Nor can you rent out or lease your mobile home. You must buy a home.
I don't work for Deer Brook, but I do know they don't allow renting.
