Don't move into deerbrook village,,and lot rent is the same if it's a single wide or a double wide ,,you all pay the same rent,,and if you have a problem,,good luck getting to speak to the manager JEFF PARDON he doesn't return calls or the secretary doesn't give him the messages,,its a shame you have to live like this
Land rent is around $730 and he used to love the place. All you get is landscaping for free. You have to pay for any other services. Now he said there is a lot of whittle trash and that people speed throughout the complex. So, if you have small children it's not a great place to live. There are many places for sale and more moving out everyday! Good luck!
Yes there are some for sale. You can go to the office and get the listings for the ones being sold that are listed thru deerbrook, and you can drive through and look for ones being listed by other realtors. The land rent is about $730.00 per month. People think that's expensive but you get a lot for it. Hope I helped you. Good luck John Spond
I'm sorry have no idea. My sister's mother -in-law lives there & we took her sons there to trick or treat. It seems like a very nice quiet place to live but that's all that I know.
